Clean Plates has announced that on October 15th they will release the completely revamped 2015 editions of their best-selling clean eating guides, which will include the newest lists of the absolute top 100 tastiest and most sustainable restaurants for vegetarians and carnivores in Los Angeles and New York City.
Even more inclusive of the most sought after clean eating must-haves, the guides will now offer expanded distinctions for delivery, gluten-free, and grass-fed meat options. And for the first time, Clean Plates will highlight the best of the best in clean bakeries, coffee shops, ice creameries, food trucks, juice bars, provisions, and all things “Beyond Restaurants.”
In its simplest search format yet, readers will easily find the perfect eating experience through location, dining situation (brunch, kid-friendly, business lunch, etc.), and budget needs. Written by nutritional consultant and health coach Jared Koch, with contributions by nutritional educator Ashley Spivak, Clean Plates is the only nutritionist and food critic approved restaurant guide for America’s two biggest foodie destinations.
Because there isn’t just one right way to eat, Clean Plates includes the best of every kind of eating, and the selection process is highly discerning. Extensive research, surveys, and input from food critics and writers narrow literally thousands to the hand selected best. Finalists are then curated based on rigorous standards of clean eating excellence.
