Clean Plates (CleanPlates.com), the fast-growing media brand for healthy, sustainable clean eating, announced today the launch of two email publication editions: Motivate and Los Angeles.
Clean Plates Motivate is a once a week “kick in the clean eating tuckus,” said Director of Clean Plates Guides and nutritional consultant, Ashley Spivak. The edition, which is overseen by Spivak, features simple DIY tips and tricks to make eating clean easier.
The Los Angeles edition will showcase tips, recipes and products from local businesses, and feature Clean Plates approved restaurant news and openings within the Los Angeles area. The newly appointed Los Angeles editor, Rachel Levin, will spearhead the new edition. Levin was a key contributor to the Clean Plates Los Angeles: 2015, restaurant guide and has written about food, health and lifestyle for numerous publications, including the Los Angeles Times, Dining Out Magazine, Westways and Gayot.com. Previously the Senior Writer and Editor for The Purple Passport, a taste-making travel guide, she is also the Los Angeles local expert for Travel+Leisure magazine.
“At Clean Plates, we’re focused on healthy and sustainable eating at home, dining out and everything in between,” said Clean Plates Founder, Jared Koch. “Our email publications allow us to take the philosophies from our curated print guides and give followers news, local events and motivational tips for eating cleaner—one bite at a time.”
The new email publications complement the existing National and New York City editions. To sign up for Clean Plates email publications—they’re free!—visit CleanPlates.com
